Autumn Lakes Homeowners,

We have submitted an investigative case to the Missouri Attorney General (AG) against our HOA Board Members for their many misdeeds against our HOA. The AG now requires signed petitions from our community from other home owners sharing our same concerns. We are willing to move things forward on everyone's behalf with the AG, but we require your signature/address on the attached form (also found below) that will be submitted directly to the AG on Wednesday. The signed petition forms will be sent directly to the AG--no list will be created, and the forms will not be shared with our neighbors or the Board. Without our signatures, the AG steps-down and we home owners allow our Board to continue as they have been. Signed petitions convey to the AG that this Board is acting improperly and that we are all tired of it.

If you do not have a printer then contact one of us with the best time to stop by on Tuesday to collect your signature. If you can print/scan the signed form then simply reply with the image or we can pick it up Tuesday, or you may dropoff Tuesday to any of us. This investigative case is already in progress, but again, without your signatures it dies on the vine as "unfounded".
